She has always kept in touch throughout the years, helping us celebrate every birthday and anniversary with cards full of confetti. Megan was thorough and convincing in what to do and what not to do. I had personal pictures all over the house. And she vetoed every single one. She streamlined the house very successfully and I got some of the credit for being neat and tidy. The quick sale was a bonus for everyone. Even the buyer.

I've recommended Megan to several people. She makes the home buying process fun and low stress. She made a point to keep us informed every step of the way, she gave us excellent advice, and she showed us excellent properties that were in our budget and had features that we were looking for. Thanks to her we found a wonderful house for a good price that even met the requirements of the VA inspector. At a time when people feel that they can be their own agent because of the ability to search properties online, Megan is an excellent example of just how much having an agent is valuable and necessary. She is on point every time and takes the time to explain everything we had questions about in a way that is easy to understand.

Megan was absolutely wonderful. We needed to sell my mother’s home long distance. She worked with our extended time frame, long distance communication and even joined us on some of our ‘cross country” sibling calls. She was very sensitive to to the fact that this was the home in which the five of us grew up. And she helped keep our five different personalities in check. When we walked in the door she was very welcoming, friendly, and very enthusiastic. She had nothing but positive things to say about the home. Because of the size we chose to keep looking and Megan was there for us during the entire search along with her enthusiasm. She was always available on a moments notice, and we felt as if she had nothing else going on in her life except our house hunt. She always responded promptly to emails at anytime of the day or night and even on the holidays. Not once did Megan ever seem to loose her patience with us when we would ask numerous questions. Going into the process of buying a house everything was foreign and complicated to me. Megan was amazing. She took me through everything step by step. She took the time to discuss everything with me and even backed up all the discussion with numbers and figures. She was very personable and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. She made herself available to me whenever I needed her. And she has even taken the time to check in with me after all the paperwork has been signed and delivered.
